1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock, as well as preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within the role.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and demonstrate positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
