Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The primary responsibility will be efficiently stocking merchandise, relocating products in the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with coworkers and warehouse leadership, provide feedback for process improvement, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met. Additionally, you will operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, basic arithmetic skills, and work well in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Stand, sit, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
