1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for product quality and safety.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
