Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling and moving merchandise to support our stores.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically to meet shipment requirements.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
