1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Physical agility to move merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
