Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. With an average of 30-35 hours per week, this role offers a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
- Collaborate and cooperate effectively within a team environment.
- Adapt positively to challenges and changes to achieve peak performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
