1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operation, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This full-time position offers up to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, frequently move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Engage in physical tasks and work in varying temperatures.
