1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipment for optimal preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
