Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise within our warehouse, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products.
