1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 7:00 AM, and we are currently hiring for Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, positive attitude, collaboration, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
