1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
