1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with team members, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off weekly.
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off weekly.
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working weekends and weekdays.
• Schedule C: Every other weekend shift.
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill stock orders accurately.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
