1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety issues.
• Execute tasks accurately and efficiently within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
