1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
