1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic and growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers always enjoy the best service. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
