1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following proper handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements suggested by warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
