Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi! Our warehouse operations ensure the efficient handling of products for delivery to our stores. This part-time role offers flexible hours with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
