Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are properly handled and prepared for delivery to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and use industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving heavy products.
• Working in different temperature environments.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
