Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Prepare products strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Offer input to enhance warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Independently act within the designated responsibilities.
- Support warehouse management in achieving goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientious behavior and commitment to quality and safety.
- Work collaboratively with a positive attitude and resilience.
- Drive for success and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
