1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing operations at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. Our team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas and are provided with comprehensive training and safety programs.

Position Type

• Part-Time - Less than 30 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse upkeep tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
