1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving stock, merchandise organization, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
