1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at an hourly wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 (based on shift differentials).

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, operate powered industrial equipment.
