1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule. The 1st shift begins at 7:00 AM. Currently, we have openings for Schedules A1, A2, B, and D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality.
• Act independently within assigned responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in varying temperatures.
