1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
