Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Execute tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
