Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As part of our first shift team with a 7:00 AM start time, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
