Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
