Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.
