Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, ensuring a seamless flow of goods. Our comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
