1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as receiving and relocating stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse to maintain appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience with basic arithmetic calculations.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
