1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leaders.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
