1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
