1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient flow of merchandise in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Offer input for process improvements.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics and positive attitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
