Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
