1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards. Our ideal candidate is proactive, works well in a team, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
• Team player with attention to detail.
