Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect and report on product quality and safety.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient behaviors.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
- Able to work in varying temperatures and environments.
