1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Workers to join Aldi's team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $21.50 to $27.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun with Mon-Tue off
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue with Wed-Thu off
• Schedule B: Rotating Sat-Sun schedule
• Schedule C: Every other weekend Sat-Sun
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri with weekends off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill store orders efficiently
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines
• Load/unload merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts
• Collaborate with peers and suppliers
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect product quality and report issues

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude
• Drive for success and efficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures
