1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join ALDI. As a Full-Time team member, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, including stock handling, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management. You will work in a supportive environment that values collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following proper guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Engage in physical activities in varying temperatures.
