Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Perform tasks while sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and walking.
