Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, and maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Reorganize merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical environments.
