Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adherence to company standards and safety guidelines. The physical demands include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
