2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
