2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team for the 2nd Shift. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities include receiving and selecting stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and provide input for process improvements. Additionally, you will inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation, and operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
