Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team for seamless processes. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
