Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's appearance and safety standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrated concern for quality and safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Moving merchandise within the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
