2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi for the 2nd Shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and optimal warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
