2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. Our warehouse associates work less than 30 hours per week and are responsible for various tasks within both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient task completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
