Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient handling and movement of products within our warehouse operations. Working in a dynamic environment, you will contribute to ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered according to our operational standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for task completion.
- Operate equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
- Organize and execute tasks efficiently within the warehouse environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Work in diverse temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
