Job Description
Join our team as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a member of our dedicated team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas with comprehensive training and safety programs to support your success.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and product quality inspections.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
