Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse teams play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, enabling our customers to enjoy high-quality products.

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

- 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
- Work in various temperatures and operate equipment safely.
